A settlement has been reached with Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. (“Wright Brothers” or “Defendant”) in a class action lawsuit. This case is about the targeted cyberattack on Wright Brothers' computer systems that occurred in April 2024 (the “Data Incident”). Certain files that contained private information were accessed. These files may have contained personal information such as names and Social Security numbers.
The lawsuit is called Mason v. Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc., Case No. 2024CV286. It is pending in the Chancery Court for Bradley County, Tennessee (the “Litigation”). Wright Brothers denies that it did anything wrong, and the Court has not decided who is right.
“Class Members” are defined as individuals identified by Wright Brothers' records who are entitled to benefits under the Settlement. Class Members may have received a previous notice directly from Wright Brothers about the Data Incident.
Your legal rights are affected regardless of whether you do or do not act. Please read this website carefully and completely.
